What versions of the Bible do you use?

We generally use the King James version for its poetic language, but in cases where the text is more appropriate to the design, we will use other versions. The versions used are indicated in the description of each poster when clicking on the image in the "PURPOSE" and "STORE" pages. If verses are used in the design and there is no credit below the description, then the version used is the King James version. All versions other than the King James version will have copyright credits.

Does your site look the same on all browsers?

It generally looks the same on all browsers, but there are a couple of places where Firefox and Chrome do a better job of displaying our site, whereas Internet Explorer does a poor job.

What about the quality? Is it a print or a poster?

These are not traditional posters that are
printed with a 4 color process on a thin paper stock. These are giclee prints of archival quality using a 6 color pigment ink process (which is water, smudge, and fade resistant for approximately 100 years) on a thick bright
white acid free paper.

Will the print look just like the online image?

We try to ensure that our online images accurately represent the actual prints. The actual print will look much better than the online image, as it is hard to capture the detail and depth of vibrant colors with online images.

Are these limited edition prints?

No. These are open edition prints, though we do not know if we will be offering all designs indefinitely.

Do you mat and frame?

Sorry, we don't mat and frame our prints, but they do come in sizes that can easily fit in standard size frames.

How do I care for my prints?

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards:

Do I have to order online?

Yes. We only take online orders.

Will my online transaction be safe?

Kingdom Impact Design uses a server encryption commonly known as SSL or "Secure Socket Layer" to ensure your transaction is secure. At no time does Kingdom Impact Design have access to your credit card number(s). Any monetary transaction will be processed through a credit card processing company with the highest level of security and fraud protection.

What about sales tax?

All orders shipping to the state of New York will be charged the appropriate sales tax. No tax will be charged for orders shipping to states outside of New York.

What if I am billed the wrong price?

Email us at with the order number and credit card used so we can rectify the problem. If money is owed you, we will have your credit card issuer credit your account.

How will it ship?

Your order will be shipped primarily via FedEx in the U.S. only. If you check the commercial location box on checkout, FedEx will deliver the package during business hours only, Monday to Friday (the delivery cost is a little less). If you leave the commercial location box unchecked, FedEx will treat the delivery as a residence and will deliver the package up until a later time at night during the week and on Saturday till about
3 PM (the delivery cost is a little more). You will see the cost and still be able to check or uncheck the box before you make the purchase.

What are the shipping rates?

You can check the shipping rates from the shopping cart before you make your purchase.

How will it be packaged?

The prints are placed in an acid free and archival safe polypropylene sleeve, and then packed in a durable cardboard shipping tube.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders take 1 to 7 days for processing. Please allow at least 7-14 business days to receive your order. We will notify you if there are any delays.

What if I want my order to arrive faster?

At this point we are only offering regular
ground shipping.

How can I check on the status of my order?

You will be sent an email providing you with a tracking number which you can use to track your order by going to the carrier's website (

What if my item arrives in damaged condition?

If your order arrives damaged we will ship
you a replacement at no cost. Damage
must be reported to us within 48 hours at If the packaging was damaged in transit, we ask that you keep the damaged print and packaging for 30 days as our shipping vendor may need to inspect the item for insurance purposes.

What if my order never shows up?

If your order does not arrive after 14
business days, then send us an email at with the order number and tracking number. We'll
look into the situation, and if your package
cannot be retrieved, we'll send a replacement.
